Toronto Congress Centre - North Building

Easy check in Snack bar was ok Airport shuttle was great Rooms were clean but I was super itchy the next day maybe from the sheets or shower soap I was room 547 and it was pretty noisy in the hallway so wasn’t the best sleep Lots of thumping and doors slamming I guess as people leave their rooms for their flights

This is a beautiful hotel, it is very clean and there are numerous friendly (most) staff members.on. The hotel is in the center of the entertainment district. It is in walking distance to a lot of attractions. At check in, the clerk tried to change my room type from the larger one to another, and was pushy about it. She finally put us back when my partner went and told her my concerns. Unfortunately, there were also a couple of housekeeping issues. I was not feeling well the 2nd day there and was not feeling well so I was sleeping. They just walked in (not a big deal) ai only asked for the towels be stocked and more water. We got no fresh towels the 2 nights we were there which wasn’t nice considering the heat and showers for 3 people. My other issue was that I was feeling sick so that I stayed upstairs in bed, sick, my partner asked if he could take something up for me to eat when I felt able to and was refused. Even though I PAID FOR THE BREAKFAST in my package. I get that there are probably people that take advantage, but in this situation I think it was not very fair and is customer service to deny it. We also asked if we could have something small put together for us to take for our flight to which most hotels do. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location, but is lacking on customer service skills and empathy.

My suite was great - spacious and bright and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is super - close to restaurants and transit. I plan to stay again and highly recommend.
