Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Room was good - clean. What stood out was the helpfulness of one of the staff at the door - Mike- who helped me get my luggage out of the car after a very long drive and helped me get my car into a parking spot. He went above and beyond.

One King West Hotel & Residence
Great staff, friendly service. I stayed in the historic tower so the elevators are a bit smaller than normal, but the room was spacious and clean. My only wish is I hope they renovate the washrooms from a tub to a shower! Byredo toiletries which smell amazing as always.

Union Hotel
Cheerful lobby, decent restaurant for breakfast, clean and modern room. Just a few steps from Union Station. So perfectly fine for a short business trip. Downside is that the rooms are very small and spartan - vibe is a low-security prison cell.
