"Toilet would not always refill"

"Nice and clean hotel as well as the rooms. Enjoyed our stay here. Hoped to swim but unfortunately the water was too cold."

"The parking was fine ,however, the bathtub continually backed up. The was way to small for my liking. Upon my arrival i asked for a different room due to it being at the elevators. The gentleman working that gave me every reason why he couldn't accommodate my request so my wife said she'll just deal with the situation. Hopefully, if this occurs again maybe the person working will make a honest effort to accommodate their customer instead of being unwilling to. Other than that my stay went well. "

"The outside of the building looks brand new, but the room itself was disgusting. I mean the walls were dirty, paint was chipped off the wall, the bathtub faucet leaked and dripped, there was a constant ticking noise in my room that I later discovered was a dryer vent that was directly below my room. It made it hard to sleep. There was a cockroach on the shower curtain when I went to take a bath. I said to him, "I hope they aren't charging you too much for rent because this place is a dump my friend". But seriously I'm not that picky of a person, it's just that I believe this hotel caters to long term tenants and they apparently are not concerned with damaging the rooms. I suppose I got what I paid $84 dollars for, but next time I'll go elsewhere. "

"Effective by storms and could not check in - paid in full for a week upon booking but hotel refused to give credit of any sort even though the circumstances were beyond the control of the traveler who spent more than 24 hours trying to board a plane but to no avail with all the cancelation due to storm ."

"Property very clean. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Would stay again if we are in that area. "

"Clean Room, staff was great. They were short staffed but that made everything even better. Will definitely sray again "
