"Everything from the location, amenities, staff, park to the rear and access to the lake was excellent! Fantastic hotel in one of the most picturesque settings i've visited. Room had amazing views of the snow capped mountains, the park and the lake. A path to the rear of the hotel, along the lake is great for cycling and walking and takes you to the centre of Riva with lovely shops and restaurants in one direction and to "

"The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor"

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Benaco as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids). From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxed. The breakfast was just perfect, fresh, tasty, and with lots of choice, something for everyone in the family. The hotel’s restaurant is an absolute gem, easily one of the best meals we had during our trip, delicious food, beautifully presented, and a great atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better. Right by Lake Garda, it’s the ideal base for exploring, walking around, and soaking up the scenery.
