Déçu par l'emplacement

Hotel situé loin des points d'intérêt. Le personnel à l'accueil a une connaissance de l'anglais limité ce qui explique peut être pourquoi il est difficile d'avoir des renseignements sur les possibilités de visites, de transport et des environs. Literie comfortable, personnel très gentil, petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Les chambres sont grandes, mais ont de la moquette tachée et un peu usée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très jolis.

Disgusting smell of the rooms, cockroaches inside!

I have changed 6 rooms and all smell very disgusting. I tried to sleep but I vomited because of the disgusting smell inside the room. At the end I had to sleep on the balcony!

Beautiful Romantic Getaway

Had a wonderful time with an almost empty hotel, very accomodating staff and delivery of food and beverages right to our door. A great ambiance for anyone looking for a get away in the hills of Toraja

an old hotel that need a face lift

stayed there with the driver my room was upstairs overlooking the garden its comfortable overall staffs was very good and helpful we had problem with shower and was fixed when we return after a day out. the hotel was far out of rantepao so would be nice if hotel had some arrangement with transport company [bus service from makassar] so visitor could be dropp off and picked up out side the hotel.

Outdated but rewarding

The hotel is really tired and outdated. However, it is situated in a very remote, calm, relaxing and beautiful place far from the noise of Rantepao. Have in mind that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere - 31km from Rantepao, which means that that you are dependent on the hotel restaurant, which we didn't find very good (no big choise and the food is not very good). Ask for a room on the second floor as they are much better, cosier and have nice balconies with a view. The hotel helps arrange the tours without any problem.

Sahid Toraja hotel adalah hotel yang memuaskan pelayanannya kami tiba pukul 04.00 WITA pagi dan langsung dilayani dengan ramah oleh staf hotel (Bu Asri). Meskipun kami baru bisa check in jam 14.00 WITA. Tapi kami boleh menitip barang dan mandi, serta diberikan sarapan standar hotel Sahid. Kamar bersih, hangat, dan nyaman. Pelayanan ramah. Excellent services. Two thumb up!
