"First time my husband and I stayed here and we truly enjoyed it. Great beach access with lots of room on the sand to spread out. Add in the friendly staff and Sea Vista is a 10/10!!"
Saltwater Resort

"This was the second year that I stayed there my family and I enjoy it. We are just a street over from the beach, which is great. When you text message the staff they reply to you quickly and fix any problems, you may have. Pool is nice and very relaxing after you get back from the beach. Also enjoy having corn hole, ping-pong, connect four and stuff like that to do on the property. My kids truly love taking the bikes out for a ride around the town."

"They run a tight ship with rules in regards to cleanliness, particularly fishing gear. It works though, the place is pretty minimal but very clean."

"Good location, updated, good amenities inside the room, would’ve been nice to have instructions on how to use AC units. Shower took a long time to get warm so have to be patient with that."
St. Regis by Carolina Retreats

"We could see the ocean, but all beach access was restricted from the recent storm that happened a week ago. No one communicated with us regarding the pools and beach access being closed, despite knowing this for the week. Hotels.com gave us the wrong unit number; the property management company wasn’t open to help us when we arrived; the property management company blamed the HOA for not telling them about the storm damage and restricted amenities; and no one wants to take responsibility for any of this. We had a decent time, but missed out on a lot because of the storm damage. I would suggest in the future there be better communication with guests when this type of thing happens."
