"Very helpful and friendly staff with large room. Highly recommended"

"Good value"

"Good night stay"

It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options."

"Excellent place to stay in downtown South Bend. The proprietors are lovely people and the rooms are comfortable and clean. And a great breakfast too!"
