"The front desk clerk was absolutely the most delightful and helpful. The room was clean and all the amenities were working. The free breakfast was a delicious perk to our stay. The location was great and around lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed was super comfy and there plenty of outlets for our electronics. Will definitely be staying again when we visit in September"

"Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there."

Stains all over the wall, nasty bathroom with mirror not cleaned, they also gave me the wrong room, couch had stains on it, and there was no sink cabinet along with what looked like chewed holes right next to it in the cabinet"

"Front desk personnel could have been much more aware at check-in. Rooms were very clean. It seems to me that one of the most important areas to clean, easiest to maintain, and most often overlooked is the elevator. CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE ELEVATOR CARS!"
