"Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and service. We stayed for three nights, and although our towels were taken away daily, they were not replaced unless we specifically asked. The same applied to toilet paper. The room was absolutely not clean upon arrival. There were hairs from previous guests and dust all over the bathroom floor. Even worse was the floor in the room itself, it was so dirty that the soles of our feet turned black. Walking barefoot or even in socks was simply not an option. We also had to request that someone come and clean the room. I can accept that the bed is not made every day, but dirty floors, no clean towels, and no toilet paper are unacceptable to me. If we return next year for the Ironman, we will definitely choose a different hotel."

"I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made check-in quick and easy. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel—it really showed that they care about their guests’ experience. What stood out the most was the customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and professional. "The bed was comfortable. I requested a shower chair before ck in. None furnished. They did give me a room with a fold down chair but it was broken. Also, no luggage carts at hotel. ( they were stolen & never replaced). Room had musty smell to it. Ice macine on 1st floor not working but Kia ( desk attendant) did furnish ice for me.ck in & ck out was quick & efficient."

"AC was fine. Staff was friendly but mostly foreign with heavy accents (hard to understand). The breakfast was lousy. The overall condition of the hotel was pretty poor. Dirty in bathroom, obviously needs painting."

"The staff members were incredibly sweet, but sadly the rooms left more to be desired. The rooms were definitely dated, the tv didn’t work in my first room and once I was moved to another one my comforter had stains on them, and the towels had red mold on there as well. The snack shop was awesome to have. Overall, it was alright for a weekend work trip but I probably won’t come back."

"This is the only place I will stay when going to Houston or surrounding areas. It might be a little out of the way from my destination, but it’s worth it. It’s very clean, beds are comfortable, and cozy. The Manager and the staff are very friendly! The breakfast is delicious. "
