"Excellent experience, Very clean, the rooms are great, and the breakfast is delicious, the lady in charge ( Yalexi) is really nice, maintaining everything clean, food hot, making sure everybody is good."

"The most frustrating check-in I have ever encountered. Upon check in, the clerk said my card was declined and tried it not once, not twice, but 3 times. Then, I tried another card. He tried it twice. It too was declined. Walking away from the desk back to my car, I called the first card company. They did not show the transaction at all. I kept the customer service representative on speaker, as I went back to the desk, and told him the transaction was not appearing on their end. The desk clerk looks at his screen and says, “Oh, I didn’t enter the amount.” Takes my card, swipes. It goes through, and said “enjoy your stay”. It felt a little like, “oh well”. He embarrassed me by saying , 5 times, your card is declined and NEVER apologized. The room was suggested by a wedding party. At least, two of the rooms of our friends, had NOT been cleaned. The pool was chained shut by order of the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The halls wreaked of marajuania. When calling cooperate, we’re told La Quinta is run by the owner not the corporation."

"Hello We choice the hotel cause there where great reviews We booked and arrived the hotel has beautiful exterior and interior The beds are super cozy water pressure is just phenomenal no adjustments needed variety of television selection The con portion is there is no breakfast just coffee and Starbucks is close by the property and we checked out a day before and they could have made adjustments to our bill I think moving forward that detail should be compensated Overall I give them a 3 star Stephanie O"
