"All around good, parking, clean room, staff and breakfast"

"Our stay at this Holiday Inn started fine, but the last night was disappointing. The room was not cleaned at all—our bed was not made, and the sheets were not changed. The front desk clerk did his best to help by taking out the trash and providing toilet paper and clean towels, which I appreciated. However, this should not replace proper housekeeping service. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, it was not met."

"Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and service. We stayed for three nights, and although our towels were taken away daily, they were not replaced unless we specifically asked. The same applied to toilet paper. The room was absolutely not clean upon arrival. There were hairs from previous guests and dust all over the bathroom floor. Even worse was the floor in the room itself, it was so dirty that the soles of our feet turned black. Walking barefoot or even in socks was simply not an option. We also had to request that someone come and clean the room. I can accept that the bed is not made every day, but dirty floors, no clean towels, and no toilet paper are unacceptable to me. If we return next year for the Ironman, we will definitely choose a different hotel."

"Stayed 2 nights, didn't see maid service. Only had 1 pod coffee in room. Room was clean, hotel needs updating. Paint for sure."

"The bed was comfortable. I requested a shower chair before ck in. None furnished. They did give me a room with a fold down chair but it was broken. Also, no luggage carts at hotel. ( they were stolen & never replaced). Room had musty smell to it. Ice macine on 1st floor not working but Kia ( desk attendant) did furnish ice for me.ck in & ck out was quick & efficient."
