"Overall our stay was great. The only thing I would have preferred is to have daily service to the room for fresh towels, empty trash, and make beds. Breakfast was adequate and the facility was nice and clean. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so no issues. I would stay there again but perhaps ask for a minimum towel exchange each day."

"The staff were not very welcoming or helpful. They were not accommodating for even small requests. The in room features were nice, including a great shower with good water pressure as well as a comfortable bed. It was also nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was decent and offered a good variety."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The check-in process was seamless, the front desk team was incredibly helpful, and I loved the quiet, secluded location. My only complaint involves the guest room doors; they are very heavy and slam loudly. It was quite a shock to be woken up by a loud bang at 4:00 AM. Aside from the noise issue, it was a wonderful experience."

"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"It is a retirement center in disguise. They do not tell you till you check in there is no food on the property Sat dinner thru Monday. "

"Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel."

"Service was lacking. Long waits for service at the bar as well as the restaurant. We were served breakfast but were given no utensil to eat with. We were also told to wait when we asked for utensil's so we did and they never came. My husband had to walk in the kitchen to get the utensil for us. Other than that, great location, large spacious rooms and very clean. "

"While staying, I saw two roaches in our room. Made me feel uneasy and dirty."
