Other guests were quite noisy all through the night. The outside bbq area was right outside our room where guests were drinking all hours. Once they retired to rooms noise continued as they were on either side of our room. They went to sleep at 5 am. We only got about an hour half sleep. Showers running all night as pipe noise echo through room. My daughter had a dancing competition that weekend and received no sleep. Had to buy own batteries for tv to work as they were non existence as not casing on back of remote, and even tv didn't work. Only had two channels which were poor. Went and complained on checkout and office staff was non helpful no remorse from him. When checked in same person, had to work out my own direction to room. Will not be staying again. Wasted my time and money at place

Just for overnight.
The family unit had the basics that we needed for a 'bed for the night'. Room fittings were a bit dated and some of the lights above beds did not work reliably. Access to the second bedroom was through the bathroom. All things considered it was comfortable and clean.

It is what it is which is fine. However - room service unaware of. We went out and came back to find beds made, clean towels and rubbish out. We only stayed two nights. No calling card to let us know someone had come in. Also - instructions inside unit to work DVD player on tv which was not available. Went to check out to inform them and the office was locked at 930.

Decent comfortable cheap place to stay but whatever deodorising stuff they used was so overpowering even running the air conditioning with the door and window wide open wouldn’t get rid of it. Not a bad smell but it was so strong we could hardly breathe and gave us a headache !!

While the service was good, the mattress wasn't, we barely slept while staying there, every time we laid down on the bed, it felt like we were in a boat on the water, very unsettling.

Staff went and looked for my glasses i accidentally left in the room i stayed in. Staff while on the phone went in search of them, found them & took them to reception so that i could collect them

Nice and quiet. Beautiful view. Some cleanliness concerns, dirty mugs, mould on bathroon roof, stained towels. I booked a room advertised on wotif as 2 queen beds and when I checked in itwas 1 queen 1 single.

Nice Motel, the staff are absolutely so nice. And nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are great and clean. Water flow from shower is great. Beds were very comfortable, this is the very first motel I've ever stayed at where the bed was so so comfortable, it was lovely. I will stay at here when I go to Toowoomba from now on.

Avoid! On arrival -Outside room lots of food remnants, bottle of wine, ashtray from previous person, blankets smell mouldy and damp, air cond old/noisy, tv old/small. Ants in bathroom & light old, slow in turning on. Shower head goes all directions. Pool green. Stated had room service - does not. Needs HUGE refurbishment and attention to detail. Staff smile and pretend not to understand issue.
