"The whole place is a stunning, beautiful palace. Our room was exquisite and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were the mist helpful we have ever encountered- charming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Indoor Pool and outdoor pools both nice also. I would give 11/10 if i could. Thank you to all the amazing staff especially Daniel"

"First impressions as you walk through the door were wow what a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Nothing was too much effort, everyone we encountered was smiling and was obviously trying to make our stay more enjoyable. The room we had was amazing, built in to a corridor, which made it really quirky, as it curved around the outside of the building and overlooked the canal. The rooftop bar was beautiful and had a gorgeous selection of wines produced in the own vineyard. All that’s left to say is we will definitely be returning!"

"Beautiful old majestic palace maintained well to preserve its original state, surrounded by the magnificent natural forest, it was precious! The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with beautifully carved antique furniture and friendly & courteous staff. Presentation of food and its quality were the cherry on top! It was wonderful experience being there and we hope to be back soon."
