"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"The level of service is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. There was also a self-service laundry which was really helpful. The Sky Salon services were great. We had two amazing massages. There is also a sky lounge that provides great views of the city and complementary drinks. The hotel is close to Shinjuku station."

"I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

"Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life… Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive. Just wish the bed was a little softer…"

"While the room itself was a bit small, it was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We especially liked the pajamas provided. The hotel is nice and the lobby/lounge area is a great place to hang out. Be prepared, the area of Shinduku is a little gritty, but we felt safe in and around the hotel. We also want to acknowledge the staff. We left our valuables behind in our safe and all were held and recovered the next day. "
