Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
Was very nice having plenty of dining options open late during our stay. The rooms were not very big but that was expected. We spent one night there and enjoyed being around so much around Shinjuku.

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Eki Tower
Great location. Less than a block from Ryogoku station. This neighborhood has to s of sumo history and interesting restaurants owned by some of the wrestlers. We felt safe all the time.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Jump on the train across the street for regular train access and bullet train options. Super easy and convenient. The hotel even has a food/drink option open until 5am even when the rest of the city has shut down! Very much recommended stay for the price
