Great location, near shops, subway, and lots of food areas. Very close to sensoji. Nice view of Tokyo tower and rooms were a good size (for Tokyo). Room had a good size tub. Also had a station for any toiletries you might need (brush, razor, toothbrush, etc..) and coffee machines. Overall happy - they could make it easier to find the lobby - found the big building but we went to the wrong side and couldn't reach the 5th floor.

Excellent location in Asakusa, with lots of shopping and restaurants and sights to see. Also close to several train stations. However the rooms themselves felt dirty and certainly dusty compared to Japanese standards. I also don't know why this hotel allows smoking in certain rooms. We were in a "smoking room", but do not smoke and the room absolutely stunk of cigarettes from previous users.

Got nauseous as soon as I walked into the bathroom. The whole floor is overly slanted and you feel like you are constantly dizzy. Cancelled and left after one night.

My room or my floor has a strong cigarette smell or some type of odor similar to it. I have to leave the window open all the time and turned on the air purifier to let the air circulate. Other than that, staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good. And most importantly, the location is pretty awesome.

terrible room cleanliness - there was a package of condom left opened under the bed, reflected to the hotel that this was unacceptable but no compensation received, only front desk staff saying “sorry sorry”

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Leave your toiletry bag behind as the hotel has many different options for you to grab in the lobby. Great options for food within the hotel building, and or within walking distance. All the shopping within seven minutes of the hotel. Will definitely stay at again.

This was a great hotel in a great location. Small room but fitted us perfectly, we travelled with our two school aged kids. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was very satisfying. Hotel was located at the heart of Asakusa, walking distance from the temples and lots of restaurants and markets.

Great for families who like to walkabout and eat their way through Tokyo! Lots of dining options. Love the hustle be bustle of the area. Room was spacious enough for Tōkyō standards. There were lots of additional little touches from the hotel that made it more enjoyable. Very helpful staff

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was a bit small for two adults and a 5-year-old, but it was comfortable and a lesson learned. Next time, we'll simply get a double bed room. Overall, I loved the location; so many food options nearby and the temple just a couple of blocks away. The rooms were extremely quiet; we couldn't hear a thing outside (and I'm a very light sleeper). The staff were incredibly courteous and kind. I'd definitely book again!

The team at the reception desk were always helpful and very kind. The location is amazing. Very close to restaurants, shopping, Senso-ji temple and so much more. You can walk everywhere. The room was large compared to other hotels in Japan. Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Friendly and helpful staffs! Great location and easy access to train. Huge duty free stop right at the corner. Connected to a mall, walk out at night with many small restaurants and you can find any types of food that you want.

Lots of restaurant near by. Quiet area at night. Convinence stores are within 1 min walk. Also 24hr store and supermarket. The room view could see skytree.

Right next to Asakusa Shrine, waking distance to Tokyo SkyTree, Kitchen Town and near multiple train and metro lines, including Asakusa Line which has service to both Narita and Haneda Airports. Many restaurant choices near hotel including hotel restaurant (great breakfast buffet), and some in the lower floors. Clean, modern appearance, courteous staff, I often return to this Richmond hotel, or the one near the SkyTree (Oshiage).
