Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights.

This is a reasonably priced rental apartment located in the residence area. Because of the way the city is designed, it was very hard to find even though I printed out the map. Asked couple nice local people but gave wrong direction. After spent nearly one hour, asked the staffs from Mikawashima Station and Mikawashima Station Police Box, finally found the apartment. It takes 10-15 mins walk from Mikawashima Station, which facilitated with elevator, so good for luggages. We used this station to access everyday. There was a receptionist on the 1st floor to check in with. The Premium Apartment was very big with 4 comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, balcony and bathroom with laundry machine. Amazing size in the Tokyo city center! We have a very pleasant stay. The walks in the clean local residence neighbourhood was very interesting. Will definitely stay here again!

Accommodation is nice and clean, 5 more mins walk to the nearby tram station. However stuff is lack of communication, they never pick up their call after business hour and I had my room password wrong :(

Close to lawson, needs a little walk to Nishi Nippori station.those who does not want to walk, this is not for you. Has kitchen, washer, lots of towels, free detergent, has stove and refrigirator. Free wifi. This is not a hotel. Clean unit. Space is enough for my family of four.

I stayed first 4 nights in "2 Twin Beds" and last two nights in "2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Sofa Bed". "2 Twin Beds" is extremely small and very uncomfortable, even though the facility is well maintained and clean. "2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Sofa Bed" is just right size for two of us. It takes about 20-25 mins to walk to Nishinippori station. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

If you are first timer to Tokyo, a young couple, or a small group of friends. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. This is a great place to stay! You get four beds, a fridge, a hot plate, a microwave, a washing machine, a fully stocked bathroom, AC, WiFi, chrome cast, and a good cable selection. The staff is friendly and they have some members who speak English. One day, I hung out some clothes to dry and I come back to find out that while one of my shirts fell off the balcony , they still found my shirt and put it outside my room for me. That is incredible service. Also, you are 10 minutes from the train station and two minutes from a Lawsons! You are missing out if you do not choose this room.

Great value
A little out of the way from the busy areas, but easily accessible by a number of train routes (approx 20 mins to Tokyo Station). Room was very clean, spacious, with a washing machine, kettle, fridge, free wifi and spacious bathroom. Quiet building, and easy self-check in process.

Lenzuola con macchie di sangue, asciugamani con macchie dubbie, condizionatore sporco, lavatrice sporca. Il personale non parla inglese e alla mia lamentela di andarmene e avere il rimborso mi hanno offerto di cambiare le lenzuola (senza pagare, che gentili!). Ho risposto che se quello era il loro modo di gestire la biancheria potevano anche tenersi le lenzuola nuove. Ho dormito sopra il letto con i miei vestiti, mi faccia a troppo schifo dormire dentro il letto. Anche Expedia è stata inutile a risolvere la questione. Mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto usare il telefono. Quando gli ho detto di aver solo una sim dati mi hanno detto di cercare un telefono e che non potevano fare nessun cambio se non al telefono. Bravi solo a prendere soldi, ad aiutare i clienti e gestire le strutture pessime sono incapaci.

房間很大，有簡易廚具、洗衣機、陽台及曬衣架。 附近有3個不同線的地鐵站，約步行10分種可抵達，相當方便。附近有多家超市，對長期住宿需求的旅客是很好的選擇。缺點只有紗窗與房間內有灰塵，但整體算是乾淨

宿泊した部屋の壁に4～5本の細長い窓がありましたが、それがちょうどベッドを配置した頭の方に来る仕様になっていました。しかしカーテンが取り付けられておらず、毎朝5時半ごろに明るさで起こされてしまい、大変ストレスになりました。 窓があるのは全然OKですが、カーテンやそれに代わる何かを取り付けるべきだと思います。

電話で問い合わせた際の対応はとても丁寧で良かった。 トイレが脱衣所、洗面所と同じ空間にあるので、誰かがお風呂に入っているとトイレが使えないので困った。 静かな場所にあり、トイレの問題以外はとても快適に過ごせた。

気になった点を二つ
泊まる分には問題ないですが、部屋の明かりがスタンドライトのみで薄暗く感じました。 また、トイレのレバーが弱くなっていたのか上げたまま自然に戻らず、水が出続けてしまう時がありました。

部屋は良かったのですが
夕方からの当日宿泊の急な予約だったからというのも踏まえてるのですが、予約後チェックインしようと訪れても常駐の方も居らず、フロントから連絡先の電話もかけてもでてくれなく、ずっとチェックインできませんでした。 民泊タイプのホテルも何度か利用しているので、自身で暗証番号などを入力して部屋までセルフで入室するシステムもわかっているのですが…　 折り返しの電話もなく、3時間ほどして何回目かかけたあとにようやく繋がってチェックインすることができました。通常は前日までにメールなどでチェックイン方法教えていただけるのでしょうか？　コロナの影響で…というニュアンスで連絡不通だった説明はいただいたのでこのような情勢で大変なのもわかりますが、さすがに3時間も電話にでてくれないのはどうなのだろうというのが正直な感想です。 たまたま実家の近くだったのでそちらで時間を潰せたのでまだ良かったですが、遠方からの旅行者が同じ状況になるととても困ると思います。部屋自体は清潔で建物も新しく快適過ごせたのでその点だけがとても残念です。 また利用したいので対策お願いしたいです。

全体的には満足。高コスパ。
全体的に満足でした。 広さ、設備を考えるとコスパはとても良いです。 チェックイン&アウトが若干分かり難いですが、むしろ外出時などに気を遣わず済むので個人的にはマイナスポイントにはなりませんでした。 お風呂がシャワーのみだったのが唯一残念でした。
