Station's are close by and there are more than enough places to eat on the same street as the hotel. Very close to transport. Rooms are quite small and can be an issue for opening big suitcases but it is very manageable. The bathrooms and shower are amazing the massage chair is great too and the property gives you towels and water daily

Remm was close to lots of food and transportation but those were the only saving qualities. When we arrived the blanket at the end of our bed and visibly dirty with stains as well as the edge of the windowsill. There was minimal cleaning within our room everyday and check-in was overly complicated with an automated service. Even though there was attendants to help, it felt redundant to have a service like that.

Trés bon emplacement non loin de tous les attraits. On voit l’hôtel à notre sortie de la bouche de métro. Toutefois le personnel parle uniquement japonais ce qui nous empêche de demander des informations importantes. Il n’y a pas de service de concierge qui peut vous aider à prendre des réservations dans des restaurants oú on parle uniquement japonais ou encore nous informer sur les principaux attraits de la ville. La chambre est propre, la salle de bain est bien équipée et le fauteuil masseur est très apprécié après une longue journée de marche. Toutefois les dimensions de la chambre sont minuscules. Si vous avez de grosses valises considérer réserver une chambre plus grande.

The Remm Roppongi was a perfect place to stay. The staff were friendly, the check-in was easy, and the room was super comfortable. We had a scenic view of the city and the massage chair and pyjama sets were nice touches. The subway is a quick walk down the street making for easy trips around town. Lots to eat in the neighbourhood.

Hotel is in a great area, we took the metro from the airport and as soon as we got outside roppongi station we could see the hotel over the road. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby, and if you don’t want to take the metro Shibuya is only a 40 minute walk which we did one day and it was nice. Can’t remember if there was a difference in rooms but we picked a basic one as it was a bit last minute and it’s all that was left, a bit on the smaller side but was still fine for two people and shower/bathroom is spacious. Staff speak English and check in/out is easy as it’s all on a screen. Wifi was good when we was in the room and there’s a hdmi port next to the TV’s if you wanna bring your own stuff to watch. Overall great stay and location is perfect, would stay again.

Great Hotel close to lots of amenities and tourist spots. Good spot to be close to City center and also not too far from Haneda Airport. Staff were good. Restaurants within hotel were good and the room had all the business amenities i required.

Location is great. Many options for shopping, dining and transit. No parking attached or waiting area for car, so picking up rental car could be a little challenging. Need to use the paid parking lot across the hotel and load/unload your luggage there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very well layout and spacious enough for 2 large luggages and 2 standard carry-ons plus backpacks. In-room massage chair is definitely a great feature for all ReMM hotels. It’s small but functional. I’ll want to come back again.

Overall everything was good, my only complain was our room was not as nice as the one I choose when I did the reservation very outdated and carpet looked duty. On the other hand breakfast and building was very clean.

Literally across the street from subway station, prime location with lots of clubs food overall entertainment central. One of my favorite hotel and biggest perk is massage chair in your own room wow! I may never leave the room lol

For the price I would have expected a lot more. By far the worst stay of my trip in Japan. Room was dirty. Stains on the walls, very dusty in the corners of the room and near the top of the bed, the massage chair had stains on it too. Behind the sink there was mold and also on the shower window you could see shapes that the previous guest drew. Looked like overall the room wasn’t cleaned very well if at all. I have stayed in other hotels in Tokyo for cheaper and rooms were very clean so I would have expected this one to be clean too at least. But this room I didn’t feel comfortable really touching the floor with my bare feet. Room was also very small but that is to be expected for the base room. Amenities were basic and self serve in the lobby. Things like toohbrushes, combs, and razor (no shaving cream though). Also had coffees and tea bags. Staff were friendly and check in was like any other hotel in Japan. I had a problem with my keycards and they were apologetic and fixed it promptly. I think the redeeming quality was the location as the closest entrance to Roppongi station was only a few minutes walk. Also had a lot of restaurants and just a few minutes walk. Starbucks and other cafes too. Also a Family Mart was a block away. Overall I wouldn’t stay again. I stayed in hotels all over Japan for the same price or less and they were all clean. I had expectations of cleanliness that were not met

The massage chair kn the room helps after long day of walking. The shower watervpressure is excellent. Next to it. Theres a coffee shop and lots of cute cafe and Starbucks too.

A fuss free hotel that is also very affordable. Don't expect anything but a clean room with good showers - this is not for the luxury seeker. But it is serviced daily, and the lobby provides free tea bags for use in the room. We were on a high floor so we had the bonus view of the Roppongi skyline and the Tokyo Tower! Will stay again.

The good: location, staff, amenities, massage chair, rain shower, mattress, views. The bad: cleanliness (obvious black mold in bathroom, dust/dirt in bedroom, cracks of the massage chair are really dirty), open space smaller than other hotels nearby at similar or smaller price points (to be fair, because the massage chair takes a lot of space). overall, it’s nice, but the cleanliness hurts what potential it has. not sure I’d come back.

The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The breakfast service was wonderful and very attentive, the selection of Japanese offerings was solid and there were a few quality western items as well. The room, double facing Tokyo Tower, was dated and a bit worn, but nice. As is the case with most eastern hotels, the room was tight, but highly functional. The staff in the lobby were very attentive and helpful. You can’t beat the location, just two minute walk from the nearest subway.
