I have an issue with Receptionist when I checked out, she said she will refund the money into my credit card due to her mistakes after I give the CC and leaved the hotel I got confirmation from my CC that she charged me twice, which I already paid the hotel day 1 when I arrive at hotel, and I come back to the receptionist to get my money back because I’m not happy about this, they not even say sorry about their mistakes, I feel disappointed! we talked about an hours at Receptions to get refund, the SPV said they just refund 2nd payment that they made but after that he want me to pay back he said he canceled all of the payment, but when I check on my CC is only 1payment cancel by the hotel and still pending! first, they really not professional, second as a hospitality they not even say sorry regarding double payment that they made, and they don’t give me the original receipt only the original copy of CC machine. I come back to this hotel from so far away and still they don’t solved the problem, I wasted my time because it’s too far and I also need to cancel my trip to another city, I also need to call my bank due to this trouble. anyway, I feel very disappointed!
