You get what you pay for lol
The room is definitely too small for two individuals to fit into comfortably, with nowhere really to put luggage. The mattresses stiff and the pillows thin. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest either, there is evidence of molds in corners and rust on certain metal objects. The closeness to the metro station and a lot of stores was really good.

We enjoyed our stay although it is far from main Tokyo. Hotel was closed to NishiKasai station- 5 min walk. We love the buffet breakfast - not free. (1500 yen/per person). Hotel is clean and smells good.

We made the mistake of booking a smoking room. We take full responsibility for that, but the state of the room regardless was quite bad. And the pictures provided while booking look absolutely nothing like the room we stayed in. The room itself was so small we could barely walk between the bed and desk. The room was very dated and had obviously not been updated in a long time. The sink was cracked in the bathroom and there was mold in the crack. The tub was marked up where it had been scuffed and looked very old. We used wipes to wipe off light switches and the desk and they were all brown by the time we were done. This hotel appeared close to Disney, but the way the subway takes you, it still takes about an hour to get there regardless so I would definitely stay somewhere else if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Disney that’s cheap.

The stay was fine, but there were multiple issues that shouldn't be overlooked. - Firstly, there were only two plugins in the entire room. Closest one to the bed was a desk by the doorway. - The A/C unit in my room did not work. My room was stuck at 23c the entire night. I could increase the temperature, but had no way to decrease it. - The pillows are pretty bad. Tiny square pillows that even when I used all of the ones in the room didn't do much.

Good overall
Location is good and close the station. Only issue is the the room was a little cramp for one person needless to say 2. Toilet is even smaller and can barely squeeze 2 people in at once. There are complimentary bus services to and fro Disneyland and Disneysea which was the main reason for staying there. There is a restaurant on the lobby floor with lunch and dinner buffets. Food is average and would recommend if you're only looking to fill your tummy.

Budget style business hotel, room very cramped and bathroom size tiny. We originally got a "semi double bed" which for two people is ridiculous as it is a only fractionally larger than a single bed, we got an upgrade to two singles at a price! But, on the whole, not bad.

Lucky enough to get early check in which in my experience is highly unusual for Japan. The hotel is very convenient for the train station, plenty of eating options nearby, and they have a shuttle bus directly to Disney Resort

The reception is very inviting and the restaurant had a good breakfast service. The room was a little small but ok for our use, however it always felt damp due to limited ventilation. Good location for metro, away from the busy central city. Free shuttle to the parks was good, however be aware that pickup is one stop away on the JR Keiyo line

I have an issue with Receptionist when I checked out, she said she will refund the money into my credit card due to her mistakes after I give the CC and leaved the hotel I got confirmation from my CC that she charged me twice, which I already paid the hotel day 1 when I arrive at hotel, and I come back to the receptionist to get my money back because I’m not happy about this, they not even say sorry about their mistakes, I feel disappointed! we talked about an hours at Receptions to get refund, the SPV said they just refund 2nd payment that they made but after that he want me to pay back he said he canceled all of the payment, but when I check on my CC is only 1payment cancel by the hotel and still pending! first, they really not professional, second as a hospitality they not even say sorry regarding double payment that they made, and they don’t give me the original receipt only the original copy of CC machine. I come back to this hotel from so far away and still they don’t solved the problem, I wasted my time because it’s too far and I also need to cancel my trip to another city, I also need to call my bank due to this trouble. anyway, I feel very disappointed!

Hotel close to public transportation and restaurants. I hope they give a better description of the hotel location because got lost for 10 minutes and even went on the wrong BW hotel (there's 2 in the same area). Staff friendly and room was clean. Only one American channel which was CNN. They could have put more channel selection. Room size was OK since knowing Japan hotels have small spaces. Clean room. Will come back and stay again. Ooooh yeah they have a Disney Sea shuttle which was very convenient.

Great for a Disneyland stay.
If you're thinking about going to Tokyo Disney this is the spot to stay at. It's really easy from Haneda airport to get here. Someone else wrote a tip about taking the coach bus there and that's what we did. When we got there early in the morning we were able to check in but not go to our room yet. Which i already knew that was okay. They took our luggage. We went to Tokyo to the Disney store to buy our Disney tickets. Came back to the hotel. Guess what they put the luggage in the room already. Double yay there. They also take you to the Disney and Sea. So if you're going to the Disney it's the first stop. Second stop is for Sea. You just walk over to their other hotel which is about 5 minutes walk. The room was small though but that was okay. Room was very clean.We received great service. They gave us maps how to get to the other hotel. They also have two times in the morning and two times at night for pick ups.

The cleanliness of this hotel was below the Japanese standard (compared to my several earlier visits in Japan). I think the problem is the management. The curtain stored lots of dust. carpet had lots of dust. The amenities were not comprehensive (Another disappointment). The lobby was not tidy. The good thing was that the restaurant could bear several people at once but the breakfast value was low. The food refill was quite slow. Another plus was that they offer a free smartphone although I already had one with a sim card. It was then useless to me. Another plus is the shuttle to Disney but they didn't pick up at Disney on the return. It will take lot of time to go to the designated point. I was not a convenient choice to stay in this hotel for Disney resort. In total, it was such a disappointment to me with BW brand. Maybe it's only in Japan or this particular hotel. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Good location, comfortable room.
The location is excellent. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However the bathroom is a bit old where there are small cracks on the sink making it look dirty. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds are cozy and clean.
