Really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It felt very central, and was close to Ningyocho station which got you pretty much anywhere you wanted to go on the train. 7-11 right across the street and another one down the street, perfect for snacks and quick bites. Lots of small restaurants in the area as well, so no shortage of food options. The small fridge in the room was also nice to store drinks for the day. This hotel was a great first impression on our first trip to Japan and I recommend it for couples staying. We were there a week and the room was more than enough for us.

The room and the bathroom are very clean. The bathroom is spacious. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk to Ningyocho station. It is very convenient to take train directly to both Haneda and Narita Airport by Asakusa Line. Please go to Exit 6 for lift access if you are taking heavy luggage. There are Seven Eleven and Lawson nearby. Daiso is just at the corner. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. Hotel check-in time is 3 pm. The staff did not allow us to check in although there is room available. A charge of Yen 2,000 if we wanted to get into the room. I found it very unreasonable. It will be good if there is coffee/tea machine on the reception floor for guests who arrive earlier than check in time and also already check out and return to collect luggage before heading to the airport.

Very comfortable with plenty of amenities. The laundry machines that can be monitored from the room were fantastic! Depending on the day, we had trouble being understood in English but the staff was always attentive.

I liked the decor of the room. It was very nice and new with an urban contemporary look. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone. They also had free toiletries in case you forget your tooth brush..etc. customer service was great!

Very clean and modern construction. Love the separate doors between the shower and toilet, allowing privacy and multiple people access. Ample supply of coffee, tea as well as other minor, yet, important essentials; e.g. toothbrush. We brought our own sleep wear not knowing the room already comes with a set. There are washer and dryer sets available and the cool thing is the room TV gives status of each machine so you don’t need to run down to the lobby area to find out. Hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful. There is so much positives that is getting tired to write 😅

My first Japanese hotel experience. It's great. Loved the mini fridge and aircon worked really well. Room wasn't as small as I expected so all good - plenty of desk space too for my stuff (unlike the next hotel I am currently staying at!) No steps, just 2 lifts sometimes a long (5+ min) wait at peak time around 10am. The thinnest toilet paper I've ever seen - needs to be folder 4 or 5 times to make a normal sheet ;) Good location walkable to Tokyo station and Ningyocho metro 5 mins away. Definitely a cut above UK equivalents such as Premier Inn, and a really good price too (would be twice as much in London). When I'm next in Japan will definitely consider this again...

Excellent place to stay. Location is good with lots of food choices. 20ish minute walk to Ginza, nearby train stn. gets you to other sightseeing neighborhoods with no transfers. Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean. Only issue was that the pillows were rock hard, not fluffy variety. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice and clean hotel that is budget friendly. The room is small but has everything necessary. There are multiple front desk staffs that speak English. Multiple convenience stores nearby with one just across the street. Subway station is about 5min walk.

The room was quite very clean and spacious for three people, and the bathroom was clean and looked new. The complimentary coffee was very tasty. We could not hear any noise coming from outside or from other rooms.

Convenient location
A clean business hotel. We had a good-sized study/dining table, which is a luxury for Tokyo hotels. The bathroom was also big with a bigger-than-usual bathtub. The space was really a bonus. We like the location too. Depending on where we were headed that day, we only had to walk 5-15min to a metro or JR station. Kanda was one of our fave station in the peak hours, as it had rapid lines to major transit points (e.g. Tokyo, Shinjuku, Ueno). There’s also a sento ~15min walk away.
