This hotel is conveniently located and has a nice staff. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The housekeepers left us a clean set of pajamas every day, which added a spa touch. Loved the onsite Denny’s for meals!

Since it was my first stay in this hotel, I was not used to their check-in process and took me much longer than I had expected. The room was upgraded to a bigger one, so the space was nice. It is located right above Koenji Station, but I did not hear any train and traffic noises. the bed was very comfortable and I had a very good sleep.

The hotel I no more than 50 meters from the exit of the station. So very easy to check in. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets/ convenience stores across the road. From the hotel exit. Be careful about buying any branded medication as there don't seem to be any generic drugs in the shops. I had to buy Ibuprofen and it was hugely more expensive than back home.

Very convenient location above the train station and the staff was very professional- in fact I forgot my wallet at the front desk and 3 minutes later the gentleman from the front desk showed up breathless to deliver it to my room!

ompact but very comfortable
Comfortable and cozy; very compact (semi-double room) but mitigated by very well designed use of space. Excellent bathroom. Great location and fantastic views.

This property is located literally on top of the JR Koenji station. This is a few stops from Shinjuku, where I spent most of my time in Japan, so the location is great. The hotel is pretty basic, but for Tokyo it was a very good deal.

It's right next to Koenji Station, so it's convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo. There are restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores around the hotel.

Location is key!
Very convenient location - attached to the Koenji train station with excellent transport links to other areas of tokyo. Koenji itself is lively with loads of food and drink options. Staff were lovely and room was perfect for what we needed (small, but quiet and comfortable). I think breakfast was included when I booked, but I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it - there are too many other options in Koenji and Tokyo area for food!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Bahnstation Koenji, unser Zimmer (4Nächte) nach vorne raus war sehr leise, von der Bahn war gar nichts zu hören und vom Verkehr kaum etwas, zudem war es ausreichend groß, man konnte einen großen Reisekoffer aufgeklappt liegen lassen und auch dran vorbei gehen, die Ausstattung war komplett, selbst ein USB Lader mit allen gängigen Adaptern war vorhanden, ein bisschen den Eindruck getrübt hat der defekte Lüfter im Bad und das nicht zu öffnende Fenster, schenken kann man sich das Zimmer mit Frühstück zu buchen, denn dabei handelt es sich um eine externe Küche welche sich unten im Hotel befindet die auch für nicht Hotelgäste zugänglich ist, durch den Gutschein vom Hotel hat man auch nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Menue‘s was evtl nicht jedermanns Sache ist, man kann diese Menue’s für knapp 10€ umgerechnet selber bestellen oder geht in weniger als 5 min zu mehreren anderen umliegenden kleinen Cafe‘s oder Restaurants und frühstückt dort

ベッドのマットレスの硬さがちょうど良かった。寝心地、最高。今まで宿泊したどのホテルよりも良かった。個人的にこのマットレスを買いたいと思った。
