Good value for money!
Good value for money! The room was a bit small though, comfortable for 1 person. But the price per night is really good considering its location. The staff were also all very professional.

While The hotel was not located on the main road, it was located in a very convenient spot just across from Tokyo dome. Complimentary breakfast (while qty lasted) offered a petite bread. As the price was great, not only foreign tourists but also businessmen staying due to convenience (close to subway, JR)

had mistakenly reserved a smoker room. I am a non smoker and I have asthma. I asked staff members on 2 different days to chance my reservation to a non smoker room and they couldnt accomodate me because they were full. Room was in bad condition, not clean, smell was too strong. The nice staff member tried to offer me to have some air purifier machine worked in the room. unfortunately all it did was add a layer of humidity smell to the cigarette smell

Great for short term!
Perfect hotel if you're staying for only few nights with minimal luggage, not so much if you're staying for a week or more and have large suitcases. I had to take my bag into the hallway to pack as there was no floor space in the room to open it. Front desk attendants were amazing and very helpful, even let us add an extra night to our booking. Breakfast bar is limited (make sure you get there early!), only a few choice bread packets to choose from. There's a lovely little cafe/bakery near Suidobashi station which I recommend if you're after more variety! Towels were replaced daily which was great and little to no noise from the alley at night.

It was close to Tokyo Dome as we needed. The rooms are small but this is as expected. Breakfast is only bread items with no cereal or fruit.

Clean, warm room. Good location. Very minimal breakfast- maybe should not be called breakfast at all but a morning coffee. The reception staff cannot speak any English. How are they going to cater for people coming for the Tokyo Olympics ?

Perfect hotel for Wrestle Kingdom
Amazing staff. Super friendly. Understood my English. Great breakfast. Free Pepsi at night! Right across the street from the Tokyo Dome and Tokyo Dome City. 8 min walk to subways which will take you anywhere.

Very good service, they allow me storage my luggage before I check in. Such a kind offer which I can’t even get at high end hotel in japan. Staff are friendly and they provide free simple breakfast and drinks until night 12am. Best value! Very near to Tokyo dome too. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo next time!

Small room, but fine for a solo traveler. Bed and pillows were hard, but didn't affect sleep. Perfect distance to the Tokyo Dome and some great ramen and sushi.

Worst Hotel I ever stay!!
Do not book this hotel!! I am travelling with my wife and 1 child. Room is super small and don't have room at all. The design is bad, washroom is 1-2 feet above the floor. My daughter almost fall every time after using the washroom!! The closet is dirty, still got hairs and dust inside. Most ridiculous thing is that they only give you 1 room key!! It made me so upset because I either need to wake them up in the morning if I need to go and buy a coffee (otherwise no one open the door for me) or I take the room key but the room have no electricity (it need the room key to turn on electricity). I travel quite a lot and this hotel is the worst that i had ever seem and please stay away from booking this hotel!!

Room was clean, normal Tokyo size (so, small but fine for one person or 2 close people), staff was friendly; they mostly spoke Japanese but some had basic English and there was lots of clear signage and information in English. Wi-fi signal was strong and speed was decent if not amazing. The "breakfast", though, should either be abandoned or improved--literally there were 7 kinds of bread (grocery store level pastries), hard boiled eggs, and toppings (cheese, mayo, jam, butter), plus drinks. I'd rather have paid a little less and gotten no breakfast and picked up something at the local convenience store. On the other hand, the free soft drinks at night was a nice touch.

Meh, it was OK
This was very close to the conference venue, so that part was good. The staff insisted on making a photocopy of my foreign registration card, even though a resident of Japan has every legal right to refuse this. The hotel is old and worn-down, and feels cramped (lobby, hallway, rooms, everywhere), but it's clean. They had a room guide and hotel guide in English, so dealing with the WiFi, air conditioner controls, etc. was easy.
