This hotel is about an 8 min walk from Tokyo Station. It can feel a little longer depending on how much luggage you have. There’s a fantastic film archive next to the hotel. The lobby is in the 2nd floor. Friendly service. They have happy hour from 5-7pm. I missed their afternoon tea. Breakfast was great. I stayed only 1 night before heading off from Tokyo Station to Narita airport. I booked the Narita express (about 1 hour).

Rooms are small but that was expected. What was not expected is how strictly they stick to the 3pm check in time. Not very hospitable when you have travelled 18 hours and arrive in the morning.

We were very pleased with our short stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of public transportation options. It also has a mini drug store on the 1st floor handy to purchase whatever you might have forgotten. My daughter purchased a portable USB charger bank there which certainly came in handy. We also very much appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that we received each day. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel offered foods for both local and international guests. The food that was to be hot was hot and the cold food was cold!

The breakfast buffet was excellent and had several vegetarian options. The room was a bit on the small side so it was hard to find a good place to put the luggage rack for my suitcase. The hotel is conveniently located near two subway lines.

Tokyo hotel rooms are usually small so it was as expected. I’ve stayed at Hotel Intergate in Osaka previously so chose to stay with them in Tokyo as I had a good experience. As I was traveling alone, the size of the room was good for me. It is located within 2 mins walk from Kyobashi station which made it easier when arriving and leaving for the airport with my luggage. It is also located at the edge of Ginza so it’s definitely walkable to explore that area. Family mart was located on the ground floor which made it so convenient. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Tokyo.

This is an excellent hotel for budget-conscious travellers… it’s not cheap, but great value. A short walk from Tokyo station (with connections to both major airports), steps from the busy Ginza shopping district. Some great restaurant options within easy walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, though small as is common in Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, near two subway lines and Tokyo station. Room has decent size. Breakfast is good, has a lot of health choices. I wish the hotel could provide more counter spaces in the room. Couple open shelves will make big difference.

Next to one of Kiyobashi station. Convenient location with a convenience store downstairs. Free food and drinks at various timing. Downside is this hotel charges city tax.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Location location location is the best description !!! The location is great since we are 6-7 mins waking to and from Tokyo Station. Very safe surroundings walkable at any time of day. Beautiful cherry blossoms about 2 blocks down close to tokyo station street Yaesu exit (i believe south exit) Down stairs on one corner you just below the hotel you will find a family mart store and on the other corner a 7-eleven. To my suprise they have free coffee amd tea at certain hours and complimentary rice soup at nights. I will appreciate if under the hotel amenities please clarify that there is Laundry service on weekdays ONLY and not an available laundry inside the actual place.

The hotel is beautiful, and convenient to explore Tokyo from. The area itself is mostly office buildings, but it’s a short walk to Ginza or Tokyo station, which is always bustling. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, and they offer snacks throughout the day and night. Highly recommend if you want a nice hotel in a quiet area

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful. They spoke some English which helped when checking in. The rooms are smaller compared to what you might find in western hotels but I only used the room to sleep so it was good for me. The lounge area was always clean and staff were very professional.

We needed to stay in this hotel last minute because our flight was delayed, and it was perfect. I'd consider it more of a business hotel, but it seemed to have all the exact amenities I needed and it was so clean/quiet. The staff were super friendly, the connected FamilyMart had a great selection, and it wasn't even a ten minute walk to Tokyo Station.

It’s a small but functional hotel with an ideal location close to Tokyo station. It takes approximately 10 mins with luggage to walk to the hotel. The Koyabashi station takes you directly to Shibuya on one end and Asakusa on the other end. The rooms are small but it is Tokyo after all. There is a lounge area to get free coffee, drinks and snacks. Will consider staying here again.

Super location, just minutes away from 2 subway lines and walkable distance to Ginza and Tokyo Station. Really enjoyed my stay , the staff is super helpful. Nice touch is the free pancakes and tea in the afternoon. Will use again if I'm Tokyo.
