Staff were great. Room was perfectly sized for a single person just needing a place to sleep. Rooms are small but that was exactly what I was looking for.

Tiny room but above average
Pleasant stay. The room is too small for two people, and a bit small for one, but no complaint considering the price. Clean room, great front desk. Will definitely visit again.

Was okay for the price near public transport the only thing I found wrong was the bied was not that comfortable like all rooms in hotels in Tokyo it was small

Please note - no laundry. Coin laundry is 5-10 mins away. Expect a surprise in terms of room size. You can barely stand next to the bed. The reason for 5 star review - very polite staff, clean room, awesome toilet, best location and ofcourse price.

Little things makes the stay a memorable one
Being a new Hotel, the Management need to improve on the service level for guest coming from outside of Japan. Coffee and Tea service should include coffee and not just Ocha. Information of nearby restaurants, supermarket etc.. with value for money or authentic Japanese food should be available by way of information leaflets. A map for a walk about to visit local attractions nearby TV news channels should include CNN,CNA etc.. not just NHK Movies channels should include English ones

교통편리한 가성비 숙소
후기가 별로 없고, 트윈룸이 아니라 걱정했는데, 스무살 아들과 지내기에 큰 불편함 없었습니다. 방이 워낙 작다는 걸 알고 있었는데 생각보다 침대는 넓은 편이었고, 작지만 테이블도 있어서 저녁야식 먹기도 좋았어요. 샤워부스도 엄청 작지만 수압도 빵빵하고, 놀다가 늦게 들어와서 잠만 자기에는 아쉬움 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 무엇보다도 나리타공항까지 한번에 갈 수 있는 스카이라이너를 이용할 수 있는 우에노역 근처라는 것도 큰 장점이네요!

접근성과 가성비 최고의 숙
국철 사철 지하철 버스 공항철도 거의 모든 교통수단과 인접해서 접근성은 진짜 너무 좋고요, 가성비 너무 좋습니다. 큰 케리어를 활짝 펼칠수 있는 공간은 안되는 방이었지만 전 너무 만족했어요.

跟之前有了很大的差別. 現在要多付每晚¥1000清潔費才會收拾被鋪, 如不付就只是更換浴巾及手巾.. 房間亦不算清潔.. 相比疫情前服務下降了..

交通位置方便，房間太小，連一個行李箱也無法打開，浴室位置也無法轉身，每天只作收拾垃圾及更換毛巾的一般清潔，如果每天整理床舖要額外收費，隔音差，消防局在旁邊，住九樓，每天晚上都聽到他們的出勤聲音，都會醒來幾次，而另一邊就是殯儀館，在意的人可以再考慮。
