Sometimes when payment with overseas credit card and reading of passport can not be done well by robot. We are continuing to improve it. It takes about 2-3 minutes on foot from the Nishikasai station, but it seems that it was difficult for customers from overseas to find our Hotel . We will consider if we can provide customers with directions for the hotel. Also, thank you for giving us feedback about bed .
