Almost fine
Rooms was cramped but clean the bed was average as well. Most things in room were normal not great. But there was one thing that really sunk the experience. The fan in bathroom, it never shut off and had the suction of a jet engine. That couple with the A/C unit meager heat output, led to a drafty cool night .

Smallest room, bad service. More like an apartment than hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 5 people but end up they only allow 2 people in a room which it doesn’t said on the websites. I have booked an extra room for 5 nights. I will never stay in this hotel again. There are many choices for this price. The transportation is not that convenient even there is a train station near by but this train needs connect to other major lines.

Value for money, good for a short stay near the station. Nearest metro station is just around the corner, walking to tokyo station or ginza area is at reasonable distance, just around 15-20minute walk. Room is pretty small so not recommended to those with large suitcases. But the room is clean and facilities are in good condition.

Good, clean accommodation. Great for short stays.
We had to slide off the foot of the bed, very narrow room. But a large bathroom and suitcases go under the bed. The lobby girls speak very pleasant English. And they are very helpful and happy.

Not Hotel just a apartment - no lobby no seat to sit for waiting room or even to stand for waiting and check-in time 3pm quite late , check-out time 10am quite early for the departure day ,moreover it is far from Ginza shopping area . for these reason I will not book this hotel again. The good side Of this place is the bathroom , it is new ,well design and as big as your home bathroom .

Basically staffs in this hotel don't have any sense of service. All requests I just asked or wondered need additional cost, and those were not reasonable as well. It's pretty far from the Ginza main street too. There's too many options and better hotels near Ginza. Don't use this hotel to make them rethink their status.

Clean and friendly. Small rooms
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean. It was easy to get to other parts of the city from here. Very small rooms-pretty much just the bed. We couldn't have our suit case down on the floor if we wanted to also use the door or walk anywhere else in the room. With this in mind, the bathroom is surprisingly big, about as big as the sleeping area of the room. Go figure. Overall a nice, pleasant stay. There is no breakfast here.

Small but perfectly formed Tokyo bolthole.
Tiny modern room with twin beds on wooden platform, just enough room for two very compatible travelers. Excellent bathroom with soaker tub. Handy to Ginza and Tsukiji fish market.

Clean, tidy and excellent bathroom
The hotel room is small (like all Japan) but has a large bathing room with an excellent, large and deep bath. All facilities are modern and all in excellent working order. Bed room space is limited; almost nil wardrobe space.. Room could do with additional pillow option. Staff are polite and very helpful. Location in Ginza is excellent; adjacent restaurant is handy (and very good Thai).

Disappointing
Sheets looked dirty, room was not not good (compared to other Tokyo hotels we have stayed in) staff were unfriendly, also tried to offer us packet noodles to encourage us to forego daily room cleaning... had never encountered that before. Needless to say we checked out early and found another hotel.

Nice but tiny stay.
New hotel,modern, tiny rooms at Japan standards. You have to croll to get out off the bed because is wall to wall. The neighborhood is central but quiet, you can walk to the main Ginza avenue with all its top-end expensive shops but is not a short walk. Not many options to eat around. Next door is a thai restaurant we didnt try. As in all Tokyo there are plenty of 7-Elevens near for snack or ATM emergencies.

Hotel was perfectly fine but made the mistake of booking a smoking room which tempers my review. Hotel staff were friendly, the room was reasonably sized and convenient location if visiting the Tsukiji markets.

Nice but small
The room is nice and very clean but small. Bathroom is large and clean. Be advised, the room has very limited space. Near to amenities. I will return next time with a smaller luggage because there's no closet, only a small -2 feet- hanging rod. Your luggage can be store under your bed.

Tiny room but comfortable and subway very near.
The room was tiny as most of others hotel rooms are in Tokyo but everything I needed in the room was there. I expected it to be that way anyway so I was satisfied. In fact, I got used to stay in small room and for 2 nights it was good experience. But if you are really a big guy, I suggest you to pay more and go to bigger hotels with bigger sized rooms. I only brought a carry in bag with me so I could find a room to place it but if you are carrying a big check in bags....I don't think you can find a space to open it up unless you put them on the bed. There is a subway less than 1 minute walking distance which was really convenient!! I loved it. Across the street, there is a restaurant where you can buy yourself a breakfast. I enjoyed having breakfast there. I am sure I will go back to this hotel on my next trip to Tokyo. Thanks!

Good location in Ginza
New hotel, less than a year old. We got lost walking to the hotel, after calling the fromt desk, a member of the staff found us and escorted us to the hotel. Room is Japanese style, meaning it is small, but comfortable. Very challenging for families or for persons traveling with more than one suitcase. Breakfast is Japanese as well. Very good location, hotel is 30 meters from a metro entrance, 10 minute walk to the high end shopping district of Ginza.

If you're in Tokyo on a budget ...
... and don't fit in a capsule hotel, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is in a narrow-street neighborhood, but Google maps works. I took the Airport Limousine to the Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT), and walked both ways - it's about 2 km, and very safe. I checked out at 5 am and was completely comfortable walking back. The room was small, but laid out very efficiently. I needed more electrical outlets (if you unplug everything, there are two in the bedroom and one in the bathroom), but I had a multi-outlet extension cord, so no problem. The bed was a mattress on a platform, but was very comfortable. The desk was very usable, given that you sit on the bed platform (no chairs). If you don't read Japanese, ask for help with temperature control. I guessed how it worked, but I was guessing. The staff was incredibly friendly, with enough English for all the conversations we needed to have. I'd definitely stay here again, and I'd look for other highly rated two-star hotels if I wasn't in this part of Tokyo.

Perfect traveler's find in Kyoto
My daughter and I booked this hotel the day before arriving in Kyoto not really having any idea of where we should stay. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel and location. For shopping and restaurants as well as the night life atmosphere everything was easily walkable. The bus and subway stops were equally accessible. We were charmed by the alley entrance, our view of the shrine next door, the friendly staff, and lovely lobby. The room was perfect for what we needed, and all this at a fantastic price. Truly this hotel is a hidden gem.

Very nice, although it seems remote
I enighed my stay at their single bedroom, incl bathroom. There was little space for the suitcase - but that was well used for bed space. The hotel was very clean and they offered a rather cheap breakfast (roomservice), where only the sausages lacked a bit in quality. The hotel is unfortunately located a little remote, but no more 15min walk to nearest subway.
