Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Room service was great, the staff were helpful, they also have laundrymat for those staying there.500 Yen to wash and100 Yen to Dry. I was not able to go to patio to see MR G but was able to see a smaller Godzilla by the elevators. In overall this hotel met our expections and more!

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Good location, very close to the Shinagawa Station. From checking in to checking out, everything was good. The staff were helpful. Definitely will come back again.
