"My parents and I had the best stay! We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo but we were greeted with friendly faces and they kindly told us that they upgraded our room. I forgot which room they upgraded us to but it was huge compared to our other hotel rooms in Japan. It made our last n ight very memorable and we had the most insane view of the Tokyo Skytree! Arigato gozaimas Koko Hotel! We will be back!"

"The hotel was perfect, I was there two weeks and got around tokyo very easily because of the location. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and very clean. They had a laundry machine that was easy to use. The staff spoke english, and helped me with anything I asked. "

"1 minute away from train station. Surrounded by resturants, 7/11, convenient spots. 20 minute walk to Asukura, and Tokyo History museum. Many temples around. ."

"Enjoyed our stay at the Richmond. The staff was warm and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good, with many options for both western and Asian choices. The area around the hotel offered many things to do, shopping, walking the streets for restaurants and places of interest like a beautiful temple near by. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend it !! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It was well-equipped with all the essentials and amenities we could possibly need, making our visit very comfortable. The train station was just a short walk—literally only a few steps—from the property, which made commuting very convenient. We also discovered a store similar to Walmart/Target nearby, just around the corner, which was perfect for quick grocery runs. The neighborhood is a good area for shopping, offering a more relaxed atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of crowded city centers. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. "
