"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"A perfect stay. The location is excellent, quiet yet near great restaurants and the metro. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast (and tea!) was delicious. Honesty bar is such a nice idea woth plenty of selection. We arrived very early and they upgraded us just so we were able to check in straight away. Room was quiet, comfortable, large and cool. Slept so well. Loved it so much we're coming back next week!"

"The location is pretty good, it’s clean, but the amenity is poor. We booked a room for two adults, they just supply one tooth brush cup and one mock tower. By the way the towers are old and not clean enough. The bathroom door is sliding down authority with noise. Tiny sink top for personal stuff. You can hear the neighbors’ voice. The TV, poor channel choice. And we can’t use our own YouTube or Netflix or even casting."
