"Great location! Clean and modern. Steps to a beautiful beach and dining. Communication with hotel was great, quick replies. Definitely recommend. We were a family of 4 with two children."

"Likely the best place to stay in the Kotor Bay: Comfortable, spacious, renovated, well-equipped rooms, very good pool, plenty of parking, good restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches within walking distance. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Risan Bay."

"The place was fine they said you for 10 euro you could have a late checkout, but then they said no, even though I had asked before I even got there.
My Taxi didn’t know where it was so I called to ask him for a Google pin because it wasn’t coming up and he told me to figure it out like everybody else and hung up
Once I did get inside the hotel, the Google pin showed up, but before it didn’t show up on Google or on Apple Maps
This could easily be fixed with photos, letting you know where to...

"This place is much nicer than what is shown on the pictures. I was very scared to have dirty room or horrible pool. The pool was very very clean. The rooms were pretty spacious & the staff are very accommodating. One thing they should add in the rooms are trash bins as it was difficult to find a location to throw away the garbage. In addition to that, the shower & bathroom were very small to move in around. The restaurant had nothing in it that was next door but thats not their own restaurant. Beach is right infront & the bar location is not the hotels place. You have to purchase something to use facility. Can a soda will do. But there are many open areas to swim with no issues. The second building is a lil bit of a hike by the pool but it has a beautiful view. Their breakfast needs an upgrade its same things every day & food is stale. Like breads & croissants & things of that sort. Hotel is a ten min ride to old town. A 24 min to tivate & many light years away from perast. Bus comes whenever it feels like it & its euro & a half per person to old town & two for tivat. Over all hotel can be very luxurious if they added a bit more effort. Its pretty expensive for what they offer but the price can be paid if they added a bit more things like trash cans, better breakfast, bottle of water, iron, hangers , slippers & regular things that will be found in a hotel. Also the kettle in our room was an old plastic kettle plastic inside is deteriorating"
"There is a not pleasant situation with the parking. The hotel Parking is very small , it is closed and is not clear that the big Parking that was open is private and cost money. The staff in the hotel didn’t told us when we asked that maybe we parked in the wrong place. There is no chance that someone for the first time in this hotel will know about the parking"
"Overall we largely enjoyed our stay but Siri has teething problems.
-The room is wonderful - huge bathroom, super comfortable mattress. Noise travels in from the hallway but is manageable.
-The gym is mediocre if you’re a member of a gym like Equinox. It’s better than most hotel gyms but for a hotel that touts themselves as a “wellness resort” it could’ve had more equipment, etc. There were also small issues like the women’s sauna door didn’t stay closed because of suction issues with the front door.
-The pool is extremely busy and seems too small for the volume of rooms accessing it. We ended up paying for beach clubs from other hotels instead. For that reason, we’d book at a different hotel next time.
-Concierge services seem disorganized. Prior to arrival, we received three different brochures with different activities and pricings listed. It took days for excursion info to be confirmed (which we had to repeatedly chase).
-Re taxis: This isn’t the fault of Siro, but we got into a minor car accident in a taxi that was booked for us by the hotel with a company they work with (MB taxi). The driver was very dangerous and didn’t seem properly qualified. We ended up finding a different company that we booked with for the rest of our trip.
We were also briefly stranded along a highway due to the accident and struggled to contact the hotel. We suggested to the concierge that they should have a WhatsApp number - which, again, most hotels we stay at now provide."
"This is an expensive hotel which does not disclose all charges in advance. At checkout we were charged a service fee of 10% for every drink and meal purchased despite having already tipped the staff at time of service. Then we copped 20 euro per
night for car parking in the hotel's own basement car park which was listed as "included"."
"The view was simply amazing. Requested daily housekeeping which was great. Small kitchenette handy. Note no lift. Also free parking outside but road surface dusty meaning shoes dusty when entering room."
"It is an amazing resort and cost is reasonable.
Travel may to June or in September.
I would go back there with a week stay. Break fast included and extremely high quality and top level service.
Restaurants for lunch and Dinner not my type though but there are very good restaurants in walking and some in driving distance.
You can get there through Dubrovnik Airport and use a local driver to go there early morning to avoid border delays."
"We had a wonderful stay at Ollie's (family of 4 with two teenage kids)! Staff was very helpful, incredible view to the bay from the room, which is very modern. Restaurant was excellent; the only detail is that we had a dinner that took a pretty long time to be prepared, but we were not in a hurry. Breakfast was wonderful: besides a lot of good options, the room has huge windows where we could soak in the beautiful environment. Made us want to stay just to enjoy it! We loved the two decks with lounge chairs, umbrellas and access to the bay water across the street, and had a good time basking in the sun on them. Location is fine due to the view. It's not super close to the most interesting spots, but it didn't really matter to us because we were planning to drive anyway. The under-hotel garage worked well and was easy to park. Highly recommended! (Just be prepared for the dreadful traffic in Kotor, if you are going to drive)."
"Easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The architecture is breathtaking—every building is designed to perfectly showcase the majestic beauty of the Bay of Kotor. Absolutely everything was flawless: the thoughtful attention to detail, the effortless comfort, and the top-tier service. Special shoutout for the extraordinarily well-equipped gym—a rare find that made keeping up with our workout routine completely seamless. 10 out of 10, this place will forever hold a special place in our hearts."
