Property was overbooked, problem getting refund
I called property to verify directions as the map had lead us to a questionable neighborhood. Was told that there was not a room available, they had overbooked, and that I would not be charged. However a couple days later I did see the charge. Called property for refund and was assured it would be taken care of within 3 days. This did not happen, contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the property and are working on the refund.

The property was not clean, the refrigerator and stove dirty. The master shower leaked. The clothes dryer did not work.

1960's 3BR bungalow newly decorated in 60's style
It doesn't look like much on the outside, in a neighborhood with other bungalows, some converted to small businesses. There is a mall across the street, no grocery store, but pizza and subs. The street wasn't busy, but we did hear sirens one of two nights. New floors, counters, tile. Decorated in 60's style, furniture, pictures, and that dark wood paneling. The TV a/c and internet connection are new. Plenty of coffee, sugar, creamer, shampoo, soap.Good place to stay a few days, about 15 minuter from Kennedy Space Center.
