Hotel Dekat Tiscornia Park

"Loved the room layout. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to the downtown shops, to the beach, and along the paved bluff above the lake. The bathroom supplied plentiful towels. The separate bedroom was very much appreciated. Drinks on the patio was enjoyed by my group as well as the well stocked Continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful from check in to wait staff. We plan on returning for family vacations."

"The room was great the staff were kind. The only thing is we put the do not disturb sign on the door but the cleaning staff still try to attempt to come in. If it wasn’t for secure lock on the inside to stop the door from opening up all the way they would have came in. First time it happened it can be overlooked but than it happened again the following day. So what’s the point of putting the door hanging sign “Do not disturb “. That’s all. Otherwise it was great!"

"Housekeeping never cleaned room for the two nights we were there. Only light in bathroom is connected to fan and is VERY loud when on making it virtually impossible to use. Food was so so."

"Not good. I knew not to expect much but for $104 a night but I didn’t think it would also smell like sewage and vomit. Stained mattress cover hanging out of the sheet, unreal grime levels as pictured. Would not have stayed the night if I’d seen these things before getting back to the room too late to leave….not worth it. Save and go somewhere else cleaner that won’t make you feel like your skin is crawling. Also pool looks like it’s been closed for a decade. Front desk guy was nice."

"Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, check in was quick. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower like something was falling through from up above, but the price reflected imperfection, and that was the only imperfection I noticed. I’d stay there again. It was good for the price."

"Under new management Could not shut bathroom door it was off it hinges There was no security lock on door smoke detector was cover with a plastic bag very loud due to long term tenants fighting during the night had to ask for towels they where not in the room"

"On the booking it said free breakfast, our first morning we were told that breakfast was cancelled. A little annoyed the entire time."

"I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

"The breakfast on Saturday morning was the best part of the whole stay. Great server great food and quite tasty ! The room was very clean but the internet was intermittent The TV was on and off every time it rained. Plus our room phone did not work at all.... Needs work. ✌"

"Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel"

"Breakfast was set up awkward, struggled to handle a large crowd. Our room was clean but housekeeping never came in during our stay. Most other hotels always tend to come in every other day. I'm guessing this needs to be requested. Other then that the staff was very helpful and very welcoming."
