"Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though."

"Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good."

"The appearance outside was nice, and the layout of lobby, lounge, and breakfast area was good. However, I use a walker and not to the table as they were in a lower level without a ramp A very nice man helped carry my food and settle me in the lounge. Both my friend and I had trouble understanding the young woman at the desk because os her accent. I also liked the mini convenient store."

"Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. "The stay was beyond our expectations. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but we had a great experience. The hotel was easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our regret was that we did not bring swimwear to enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast was more than we could ever want and definitely more than we needed to eat! We were extremely happy with our choice!"

"We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The shade was broken, so didn't get to have any sunlight, but it was a quick overnight stay and not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices and everyone was happy. Loved my chat with the night desk fella when I checked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would for sure go back."

"The only thing that I see being a problem is the showers have no borders. I took a shower, when I finished I noticed there was standing water on the floor, had to throw a few towel down to dry it up. Other than that, the hotel and my room were very nice!"
