Staff extremely helpful, friendly knowledgeable and make you feel extremely welcome. Particular mention to Susan who was extremely helpful and attentive made us feel very welcome! "Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property is nice and very modern. It is centrally located in a great area with shopping. They had good wifi and although they didn't have parking, we were always able to find something nearby. The things I didnt love were that check-in was done remotely and I didnt know that until we arrived nor were instructions sent to me so we had to call their management company. Part my fault for not reaching out before we arrived but they should have...

"Excellent stay. About 7-10 minutes walk to town. Free transfer to/from port or airport. We appreciate the upgrade. The only thing I'd suggest is to improve or rotate breakfast menu. Other than that is a 10 out of 10."

"Excellent hotel if you want a secluded location away from all the tourists and all the shopping. The main attractions are far from the hotel. The only issue we had was with the showers. They had a wet humid moldy smell when we opened the glass doors. Both were slowly draining and and when I called to have one of them looked at, the lady that came with a guy to look at it asked me "what would you like me to do?" At that point I knew nothing would be done, I would assume if I called to have the drain looked it, was because I don't like showering with dirty water on my feet, but that's just me. Other than that the place was clean, excellent location for a peaceful relaxing vacation away from all the noise of busy city. Special thank you to the manager and staff who tried to help us find flights to Santorini and Athens after our ferry was canceled due to weather conditions."
