When I booked the stay, it showed this place to be vibrant with a top deck bar. When I arrived, staff told me that they had closed this bar over a year ago. There was nothing to do but stay in the room. Terrible and misleading advertisement.

I really like this hotel, I think its one of the best ones in Tecate if not the best one. I have stayed here multiple times and the location is perfect; However, I just find it very inconvenient that the rooms do not have a fridge and unless the restaurant is open there is no ice. Just something I would like the hotel to work on. Other than that its really good.

I just wanted to talk about our stay here. I'm feeling really frustrated about it. The room we got is pretty bad - right by the street and the car noise is unbearable. The lighting is way too bright day and night, making sleep impossible. The noise from other rooms is overwhelming. On top of that, the internet isn't working at all! Can you believe it? And the sheets are freezing cold, the mattress feels awful. It's been a really terrible experience. The staff was not friendly.
