Everything was cool. Very friendly staff. Only negative was the curtains were not flat to wall so light came in. But overall im not gonna take away that the property and rooms are amazing.

Would not give us a blanket so kid could sleep on the couch in the room, toilets either plug or not flush had to take the back off them everytime front desk was aware but did nothing had to ask 3 times for towels

Overnight stay
Another good experience on our overnight stay at this hotel. Very nice and accommodating staff. Room very clean. Only issue was that we couldn’t control the furnace, but called the front desk and 2 minutes later help came to our door and set it up. We’ve been staying here for many years and will continue to do so. Always very satisfied.

The shower had long hairs like it had not been cleaned. The coffee maker was dirty and had coffee from the previous guests. The Shampoo and Body Wash Bottles in the shower were completely empty. Not even when our room got “cleaned” did they replenish the bottles.
