All the staff (including the accommodation and the excellent ski room/shop) were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The free shuttle makes travelling in the area and our airport transfer bus stops stress free (not to mentioned picking us up from Val Claret after a long-day of skiing a great privilege). "Eine sehr einfache 1-Zimmerwohnung mit einem Etagaenbett (also 2 Betten). Einie Dinge waren defekt, die sehr einfach zu reparieren wären: Stuhl, Duschschlauch, Vorhänge. Die Küche ist zweckmässig, aber es gibt ausser etwas Besteck und Geschirr nichts. Kein Lappen oder Tücher, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Bettwäsche (Kann man mieten). Der Wasserkocher gehört in den Müll."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay.
