"Our check-in was great. Adrien was very welcoming and friendly. So was our server at the restaurant the following day. The rest of the staff were helpful but I felt less welcoming. The hotel is very upscale and chic. Breakfast was extraordinary. The amenities were great. There was a complimentary bottle of water for us which is not common in the other hotels we stayed in Argentina. I knew when I booked this hotel that they have a Nespresso machine in the room, and for me it was one of its attractions. In my experience hotels that have it are more on the luxe side. However this is the first hotel that charged for the Nespresso pods! Regardless of the price I thought that was very cheap of them. "

"There is staff at the door at all times; reason being (somewhat of an inconvenience is that someone has to let you into the building). Besides that breakfast is nice warm snacks and coffee. Close to shopping and subway."

"Thai is a nice place. The only issue with my unit is that was on the first floor facing the st. Therefore it was a bit noisy at night. But I know they have other units more quite. Good AC, clean apartment, nice looking. Very helpful staff, kitchen was good. "

" The electrical plug is not necessarily included in the international multi plug adapters. The ARA Hotel/Apartment was booked and accessible via WhatsApp text instructions. The remote Reception Team was very responsive and helpful. The front door had a login code, the apartment key was in a locked key box in the lobby. Passport verification with cell phone photo copies, checkin instructions and codes were all communicated via WhatsApp. Housekeepers are the only staff on site. Appliances, utensils for dining and cooking were all available in the kitchen. The queen size bed was firm and the linen was nice. The AC was a little noisy! Extra towels were requested via WhatsApp and received promptly! This property is located at Palermo, Buenos Aires. Food markets and a pharmacy are all within a block. The neighborhood is leafy, pedestrian safe (including at night) and filled with plenty of dining choices. Bus lines are nearby and Uber was quick to appear. A little bit of living local which we enjoyed! "
