"Hotel recomendable, en general bien. Únicamente la poca flexibilidad del personal en algunos aspectos, haces el check-out, te tomas un café porque no has podido bajar a la hora del buffet y te lo cobran, perfecto. Al salir del parking te toca pagar más por el tiempo que has empleado en tomar el café, son pequeños detalles que te dejan mal sabor de boca. Hotel ILUNION Las Lomas

10/10 Excellent

"This was a wonderful hotel! The lobby is clean, smells fresh, and is very inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the food was tasty. We also enjoyed a hot meal and drinks at the restaurant while watching a game on the large screen television. It is just a few minutes from Merida and has a lot of free parking. I would definitely stay here again! I recommend it highly!"

Hotel ILUNION Mérida Palace

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is like me - a bit old and tired. However this was more than made up for by the fabulous breakfast, tremendously helpful staff and the dining options which included vegan and vegetarian options which were well balanced and delicious. The value for money was unbelievable. The hotel locations could not be beaten and Merida itself is one of the most astonishing historical places I’ve ever visited. Outstanding."

AZZ Mérida Medea

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed here with 2 young children, all the staff were lovely. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a good selection. And its well located with a big supermarket near by, as well as bars and restaurants. It was a short walk from the hotel to the nearby roman Bridge and other sites. I would stay here again."
