"Bel hôtel dans un joli village au bord d’un lac artificiel, donnant accès direct aux installations thermales. L’intérieur de l’hotel est très beau, avec sa table monumentale, son escalier principal, ses balcons et ses ferronneries. Incompréhension à la réservation, après avoir demandé le prix d’un grand lit par rapport à un lit double, le grand lit nous a été attribué dans notre accord préalable, ainsi que les 20€ supplémentaires qui allaient avec. "It’s fine for its class. In the road out of Merida. I chose it principally because it accepts dogs (travelling to ferry at Bilbao). Rooms are tired and poorly specc’d. Even a 2m cable could not allow me to charge something by the bed, a 3m cable would be required. Furnishings are mid 80s. Beds are likely subject to failure if a heavy person lay on them. Beer was cold and entrecôte was “un poco hecho” as required. Ample parking was available."

"Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay."
