"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. The hotel is only 1 1/2 miles from the airport and they drop you off right at your departure airline. Thanks to all at for a wonderful time at Hotel Villa Malpensa. Sincerely, Patrick & Cassie "

"The Airport shuttle was too hard to find even after talking to the driver. Took a taxi instead "

"Breakfast menu had low quality choices, shower was very small, cheap curtains keep touching my skin while trying to shower and the water from the sink was draining super slow. When leaving the hotel, the driver didn’t even try helping me load my 5 suitcase I had or dismount at the airport and when he was pulling out of the hotel parking lot we almost had an accident with an upcoming vehicle on the road. Definitely not coming back and not recommended. "

"Staff were friendly and room was clean and spacious. Beds were ok (a little on the springy side). Restaurant was good but overpriced - beware they will charge 2€ for water and a 2€ pp service fee. There's not much to do around the area (to be expected being near the airport) so it's good for an overnight stay if you have a morning flight. Also, if you're walking to/from the terminals, catch the free airport bus to case nuove stop then walk about 10 mins to the hotel. There are some sections that don't have a sidewalk and at night I don't think it's well lit so be mindful of that."

"This place was amazing friendly staff. The breakfast was top-notch, freshly squeezed, orange juice, your choice of coffee, pastries anything you can dream of ,super close to the train station walking distance. We got to check in super early. Get ready and take the train to Milano. Spend all day there and came back to a nice clean quiet room. I give it all five stars. Also about a 10 minute ride to the airport, which was provided by the B&B."
