"Two things that stood out to me that prevent me from giving 5 stars was an unusual odor in the room. It had an acetone quality to it and it took me a few hours to adjust to it. I do not know if that smell is in all rooms or if the one i was in was unique. The second is the feel of the towels. I prefer soft, fluffy towels. These are rough and dense and very hard on my aging senior citizen skin. For those reasons, I do not recommend this hotel for older travelers."

"Basic accommodation that needs some maintenance attention. While lights and TV and wifi in the room functioned and the bed was comfortable, the leaky sink faucet, the sticky shower lift, the mineral coated shower head, the bracket left on the wall where the hair dryer used to be, and the mirror loosing its reflective coating gave the room a very time worn feel. The continental breakfast was barely adequate with lots of carbs in bread and rolls and cereal, fruit basket, fruit juices and coffee. Not a protein source except possibly the cereal milk or a yogurt. Still, the price per night was reasonable for the value compared to other options around town."

"Very nice hotel. Just there one night. It smelled like an air freshener was in it- kind of heavy. I had asked that no freshener be used. I always have my air cleaner and it did eventually take the smell out. Free parking was in a parking garage right by the hotel. We had a good experience at the Oscar Carl Vineyard just out of town. It was a lovely place - lots of room inside and out. We enjoyed tasting and ate a very good tandoori chicken panini. There looked to be several restaurants nearby. We would stay here again."
