"Very spacious room, ideal for families with children, very comfortable bedding, enjoyed the convenience of a washing machine, a proper fridge and an area to dry our laundry. Also like the strong bidet. Good coffee machine for breakfast. Same machine can also be found in the lobby. Water temperature in the shower can be higher. "

"Fantastic location in the heart of Bangkok. Easy to navigate to most attractions and excellent transport network. The hotel is quiet to stay in but yet a 10 minute walk to nightlife Bangkok. Great shopping and dining options on the doorstep and also within the hotel. The breakfast here is amazing. Absolutely spoilt for choice. The service provided by its staff is absolutely top notch."

"Bedsheets had obvious blood and fluid stains on them. Towels provided weren't clean at all, had weird stains on them as well. No toothbrush nor shaver provided, shampoo and bodywash provided were obviously insufficient for 2 person throughout a 4 days stay. Had to get all the toiletries myself from 7-11. Spent my first night catching mosquitoes and spider, because the ventilation net in the toilet was torn. Woke up filled with sweat and mosquito bites, the air conditioner spoilt in the middle of...
