"Me and my husband booked it at the last minute, price is very affordable, not too fancy hotel but room was very clean and comfortable,staff was very friendly. There was coffee and other stuff available 24 hrs in reception area. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Nothing I didn’t like.front desk staff was fantastic, breakfast was amazing, the fire pit incredible and I always love when a hotel allows me to park a motorcycle in the front covered area. Look forward to my next Geneva stay. Thank you from Canada"

"We stayed for the view of Seneca lake. The shower handle was off, the safe didn’t work and the pool was shut down because they were waiting on repairs and the windows looking into the pool room were broken. We chose this Hotel because Expedia gave it a great review. The outside garden landscaping was completely overgrown and needs attention. The only positive was the restaurant had great food. "
