"The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice. "

"Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available.
However, it proved to be an excellent base for us, the rooms were very comfortable (the beds are huge) and provided kettles, toasters, fridge etc.
There’s no reception after I think about 5pm so having left my keycard in the room at...

"Property still has the original charm, but the overall maintenance of the vineyard was poor. Change of management since the retirement of the original owners.
