"Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff good atmosphere in the bar. Food was good. Great aera for exploring.
Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression.
Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money."

"I only stayed here for a couple of nights but found it to be a nice hotel in quiet and pleasant surroundings. Friendly, courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms, as well as delicious breakfast. Well recommended!"

"What an absolute gem. Situated in a quiet quaint village Wayside is the perfect getaway. My room was clean and spacious with views out onto beautiful countryside. Lovely courtyard at the entrance with seating area. Continental breakfast wanted for nothing with fresh refrigerated milk, yoghurts, orange juice, cheese grapes etc. Lovely fresh bread, toaster, kettle and all you need to use. Shower room compact and spotless. I would definitely recommend"

"The staff are all very friendly helpful and nice.
The food (breakfast) was really good and plenty of choice.
The rooms are very clean comfortable. Just needed a full length mirror 😊.
Bathroom was beautifully clean with soft towels supplied"
