"I have stayed at the Doubletree on 202 many times, as it is near family. Therefore, it is convenient. It's about 20 minutes to downtown Wilmington with free parking. The road it's on is a suburban strip of strip malls, so if you don't want to have a drink or meal at the bar/restaurant at the hotel (yes it has one) you won't have to drive far to find something else (though walking is out of the question). "We stayed here for family weekend at Rowan University. Our room exceeded expectations. There was a little kitchenette. Extra closet space. The room was spacious. And no charge for parking."
