"My stay was very nice with the exception of some stains on the carpet in my room and the shower head was fixed so I couldn't adjust it and it was spraying beyond the glass that only covered half the shower. The water was leaking out of the shower pan onto the floor. The staff at the front desk told me it is a common problem. It's going to cause the flooring and wall issues. "

"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. "Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-"

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was similar to cafeteria food which wasn't bad--nothing amazing but for the price of free I was very happy. Healthy breakfast options included yogurt, granola, bananas, and oatmeal alongside more traditional breakfast buffet items. The staff was nice and helpful. The value of this place is amazing. The level of cleanliness this hotel maintains is so hard to find. I will seek out this hotel chain when traveling in the future!"
