"Breakfast was fresh! Building was extremely clean and well maintained. No complaints. One of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in in my life."

"The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

"We had a wonderful stay at Woodwards White Mountain Resort. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for shops and restaurants. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be back!"

"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . "Unfortunately due to the freezing cold temperatures we were unable to access the outdoor heated pool and hot tub which was a big sell on staying at this location. The rest of our experience was pretty good would like to come back in the fall time to get the full experience. "

"We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got...

"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a...

"Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. "

"Still no staff at the front desk at the Palmer Inn. Very cold without staff to go too. Coffee machine is lacking the higher end latte/espresso machine that they have at Church Landing. The new redone rooms are definitely 100% better than before. Total plus."
