"The staff were extremely helpful and amazing. The breakfast was 10/10 hands down one of the best out of many hotels I've been to. The golf course is cool as well and the pool is a good size for any family to enjoy. I recommend this hotel for any family to have a blast."

"The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast"

"The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties."

"Pictures of the resort didn't match up with reality. Wasn't really a resort, more like a motel. Definitely not sound proof. Sounded like we had cloggers above us. Very expensive for what you get. The on site resturant was good."

"This hotel was terrible and incredibly overpriced. Upon arrival we happened to run into an employee who was on site cleaning. We had an issue with the sink and it had a slow leak/drip. She told us it was related to something associated with ice and conditions over the winter. However, it continued to drop throughout the evening and in the morning after using it it progressed to a steady stream. "As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

"Amy & Nick were wonderful, warm and accommodating hosts! They have a wealth of knowledge in the area! The Inn is beautiful, historical and has so much character which I LOVE! I was attending a wedding at the Mill Falls Resort. A 7 minute walk to Church Landing where the wedding venue was. The town of Meredith is so quaint! Wonderful shops, library, cafes and restaurants.. Church Landing is beautiful on the Lake!! All within walking distance of the Inn. Breakfast in the morning was incredible!!!...
