"Very noisy, only because the design of the doors . Need to install easy closing mechanism. The are very loud slamming all hours of the night / day . Pillows are also substandard. Overall hotel is great in a prime location but I would not stay again until the doors are fixed "

Heated bathroom floor, balcony. The atrium pool was really nice. The staff were friendly. I will be using this as my go-to hotel when visiting Toronto. "
